Perfect for those only available 8 or 9 AM. Selection made at sign up. Call to be slotted as only 8 per month will be allowed. Super stealth head to toe intense training incorporating weight training, calisthenics, cardio machines, dumbbells', outdoor, indoor work, muscle confusion and so much more. All fitness levels welcome. Battle Zone Fit Camp sessions may have up to 2 trainers ensuring proper techniques and keeping you focused on your goals.
