High intensity 45 minute bag workout experience w/and without weights. Experience zone based timed full body & cardio drills involving but not limited to free weights, resistance, heavy bag, speed bag and ropes. Limited gloves available. Full size gloves not required. Padded gloves are OK to use. RSVP prior to arrival.
