Super stealth head to toe intense training incorporating weight training, calisthenics, cardio machines, dumbbells', outdoor, indoor work, muscle confusion and so much more. Battle Box is not trainer specific and has the right to swap back up instructors when necessary. All fitness levels welcome. Battle Zone Fit Camp sessions may have up to 2 trainers ensuring proper techniques and keeping you focused on your goals.
